Terms of Service

Atlas is an early-stage personal hub built and operated by Chris Wallace as an individual. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short. If anything is unclear, ask.

• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password secret.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.

Anything you put into Atlas — tasks, notes, files, contacts — stays yours. By uploading, you grant Atlas a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely so the service can show it back to you. We never use your content to train models, advertise, or sell to anyone.

Don't use Atlas to:

• Store or distribute illegal content.
• Upload malware, phishing payloads, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
• Abuse the service (scraping, attempted breaches, attacks on infrastructure).
• Pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Atlas is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for anything material.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. That permanently erases your data; backups roll off within 30 days.

Atlas is provided as is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Don't rely on Atlas as your only copy of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, notify active users.
